For a 100% Macabeo, this wine is very special. This grape has never before shown as many outstanding aromas and flavors as it does in this wine. It is probably something to do with the 42-year-old vines. But it's also thanks to the exceptional vintage, with huge changes in temperature between the hot days and the cool summer nights, resulting in an incredible slow ripening of the grape. A wine of great aromatic complexity with exotic touches, hints of green figs, and notes of ripe pear, citrus and floral. Freshness and good acidity on the palate with a fruity finish.
