Andy Says: "I just learned about this winery and was frankly stunned by the quality and affordable price of the wines they make. Apparently, legendary Alsatian producer, Pierre Sparr, retired recently and sold his vineyards to his son Charles and his wife, Amelie. "Cerisier en Fleurs" means Cherry Blossoms and this lovely fragrant white is a blend of Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. Biodynamic, spicy, floral, fragrant and very, very DRY."
