Ameztoi Rubentis Rosé 2024

   Winemaker Notes: Pale pink with shades of fuchsia, its bright tone shows a fine and elegant bubble. Lovely and sophisticated fragrance accompanied with notes of citrus, strawberry and menthol. Pair with all kinds of seafood and fish. Excellent with Oysters, sushi or tempura fish or rice, vegetables, pilaf, and white meat. From the Basque Region in Spain, the wine is 50% Hondarrabi Beltza, 50% Hondarrabi Zuri. Traditionally this wine is poured from a Porron Wine Pitcher into the glass from an inordinate height, the idea being that the wine loses some of its carbon dioxide effervescence on the way down.
