 "While Arnaud Lambert has only been making wine since 1996,
to me their wines taste classic and timeless. It's no secret that I'm
a massive fan of Chenin Blanc, but I'll be honest, there are plenty out there that are just "fine". The Saumur Brézé "Midi" is exquisite,
it walks a perfect line between opulence and precision, with a full, silky texture and bright, balanced acidity. Biodynamic since 2018,
family owned and operated, it's also a feel-good wine. Pair it with halibut or chicken, fennel salad, and goat cheese toasts. Slainté!"
