Andy Says: "About an hour west of Naples lies the small DOCG zone of Greco di Tufo. Back in my restaurant days, I described this White from Campagna as "Pinot Grigio on steroids." Made from the Greco grape grown in intensely mineral rich volcanic soils, it's powerful, structured and wonderfully complex. Expect flavors of apple, preserved lemon, peach blossom, almond, and a touch of tropical fruit, all carried by a persistent mineral driven finish."
