Six generation Katherine Hubert and her team of viticulturists are all women, something still relatively uncommon in the traditionally male dominated world of Bordeaux. Second, the estate is farmed entirely using organic and biodynamic practices, another rarity in that region that has historically favored more conventional viticulture.
