 Andy Says: "Yves DuPont is the 4th generation owner of this winery in Bugey, which lies in the hills east of Rhône Valley and west of Savoie in eastern France near the Swiss border. He and his wife farm organically and bio-dynamically, and he is now one of the most  respected natural wine producers in France. Celine is one of those "is it a rosé or light red wines." Made from 40% Gamay, 40% un-oaked Chardonnay and 20% Mondeuse,* Celine presents flavors of blueberry, tart cherry, tangy plum and cranberry. * Mondeuse: A classic Mondeuse wine is aromatic with a deep purple color, with plenty of acidity and considerable tannins. The bouquet is powerfully aromatic, with notes of sour cherries, damson plums, pencil lead and a invigorating hint of black pepper.
