’a Rina is a co-fermentation made from Giuseppe's various holdings on the north side of Etna, vinified in a mixture of stainless steel and open-top vats, then matured for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks and concrete tanks. Perfumed, earthy and spicy, it's a vibrant and intense Etna Rosso, with zippy acidity driving raspberry, strawberry, cherry, blood orange and spice.
