Andy Says: "This wine has been a staff favorite for years. Pure Chardonnay from the small village of Macon la Roches Vineuse in the South of Burgundy. Greffiere is aged in French Barrels which contribute a spicy, toasty contrast to the bright apple, citrus and mineral flavors, reminding me of the very expensive wines of Meursault, without getting "buttery" like some over-oaked California Chardonnays."
