Andy Says: "If you have fallen in love with the crisp Jacquère from
La Cave du Prieuré, meet its "big sister." Roussette de Savoie is made entirely from the Altesse grape - richer and more textured than Jacquère, but equally Alpine in spirit. Expect notes of tart Bosc Pear, citrus, white flowers and a stony minerality straight from The French Alps."
On January 21, 2025, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, Ms. Annie Genevard, presented us with the Excellence Prize of the 2025 General Agricultural Competition at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty in Paris.
Performance indicators covering the entire operation allow the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification to be issued. This attests to the respect of the biodiversity of the estate (grass strips, insects, flowers, etc.) as well as the reduction to a minimum of environmental pressure from agricultural practices!
