Blend of 45% Syrah, 45% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache Noir From Costières de Nîmes, 2021 Deep garnet color. Nose of ripe red fruits dominated by spices: from the garrigues, grey pepper. Very good balance of fruit, tannins, wood and spices. All with notes of game and leather. Pairs well with red meat, game, cheeses with character.
