Andy Says: "For the Gremolata, I think we pair toward the lemon zest and garlic with this new Godello from Northwestern Spain. Godello is a varietal that is often compared to un-oaked Chardonnay and can often be rather expensive which is why I was so excited to find this one at just over $20. From Emilio Moro (one of Gina's favorite wineries), a legendary winery in Ribera del Duero, this Godello comes from Bierzo, a region to the east of Galicia. Medium plus bodied, with flavors of ripe Meyer Lemon, oyster shells, tart apple and rich acidity!"
