These ancient limestone soils contribute to the purity and minerality
of their expressive, low-intervention wines. Aromas of wild red berries, dried herbs, and earthy spice. The palate is bright and structured, offering flavors of tart cherry, cranberry, and a touch of black pepper, with a long, mineral-driven finish.
