Rouge Bleu "Mistral" Sainte Cecile Côtes du Rhône 2020

  Côtes du Rhône Village Sainte Cécile Signature Cuvée of Domaine Mistral is a southern Rhône blend of old vines Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre. It showcases the unique Garrigue* terroir of the Sainte Cécile appellation.

  *Garrigue" refers to a specific type of Mediterranean scrubland vegetation, characterized by low, dense shrubs and herbs, often found in regions with a Mediterranean climate. In winemaking, the term "garrigue" describes the herbal and floral notes in wine, often associated with grapes grown in areas with similar soil and climate conditions to garrigue vegetation. 

  Sainte Cecile is a deep garnet in the glass with aromas and flavors of black fruits and warm spices. Full-bodied with flavors of cherry and blackberry evolving towards roasted coffee notes. Perfect with wild mushroom risotto, mature cheeses, even chocolate desserts!
