Treasure Hunter says: "We are pleased to curate this stunning assemblage of reds - aligning three star-powered grapes: 39% Syrah, 35% Grenache & 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, with beautiful symmetry. This installation is a mural of aromas - fresh blueberry, sugar pine and espresso float from this gallery in a glass framed by a touch of lush minerality. Juicy structured tannins coat the palate with elements of ripe berries interwoven with accents of white pepper and star anise. This wine gracefully portrays layers of fine leather, cured tobacco and bittersweet cocoa contrasted with a core of fresh acidity and brightness leaving a long, lingering finish drawing you into adding this wine to your permanent collection."
Andy says: We have been working with Treasure Hunter for nearly 10 years. So, most of you know that Treasure Hunter is a negotiant, meaning he buys and bottles wine from well known, high end wineries and sells the wine under his label. Most times, we don't know the source vineyard as Treasure Hunter enters into a strict NDA. But, we think this bottle might be Kitfox. In any case, the bottle drinks like it cost $100!.
