Garnacha, Syrah, and Mazuelo
Mazuelo, Spanish name for the French Carignan variety, has grown around the Mediterranean for hundreds of years. Today it can be found in France, Italy, and Spain.
Believed to have originated around the village of Carinena in Spain, from which the Carignan name derives, old-world renditions remain!.
Winery Says: "Cabriola "is a specific jumping maneuver that a horse is trained to perform after years of dressage. The movement requires great technique and precision of both rider and horse working as a team. Much like the relationship between winemaker and vineyards, combining masterful technique and passion that results in elegance and art.
“Dark violet-red in the glass, this wine has lively aromas of cherry, rose petal and fennel seed. A beautiful floral note permeates the palate alongside flavors of blackberry preserves, blueberry, milk chocolate and clove that are wrapped in a layer of velvety tannins.”
