The historic farm, Natte Valleij, is set on the lower slopes of Simonsberg mountain, just outside Stellenbosch. History abounds with its homestead, old wine cellars, brandy stills, mature gardens, ancient trees, pergolas, ponds and all surrounded by lime-washed walls.

Andy Says: "Cinsault is a Southern Rhone sleeper, typically made into a rosé because it is so delicate and light bodied wines. Cinsault from South Africa is still delicate and fruity but with that unique smokiness I've come to expect from South Africa. Imagine smoked strawberry and raspberry juice with fig and charcoal."
