Andy Says: "Due to the success of the Prequ'ile Pinot Noir and, after tasting through the entire portfolio, we decided to bring in the Syrah as well. This Syrah is far from a big, jammy Australian Shiraz as well as a tropical, fruity, California version. Presqu'ile Syrah is balanced and nuanced, medium weight, moderate tannins and flavors of red cherries, mint, pepper, hard cherry candy and a slightly meaty flavor. It walks a nice line between the fruit of a typical California Syrah and the earthy elegance of Northern Rhone." And it's perfect for Dave Barry!
